Open Day accommodation
On this page you will find the college accommodation that is available for the July 2025 Open Days.
Some colleges also offer help with the cost of travelling to Oxford.
Visitors are advised to contact colleges directly to check availability and to book. Click on the college names in the table below for further information and booking instructions.

| Christ Church | Yes | Yes | No | None | FULL. Christ Church offers free accommodation for prospective applicants and teachers. Unfortunately there is no accommodation available on the main college site for parents and carers, but there may be some rooms available across the road from Christ Church at a discounted rate. | Keble | No | Yes | No | None | FULL. Keble offers bed & breakfast accommodation free of charge for prospective applicants travelling long distances to the the Open Days (typically 100 miles or more). Accommodation is available only for individual prospective students and school groups of up to ten students, plus 2 members of staff. Please note, group bookings are only available for state schools, and prospective students must be aged 16 or above to stay at Keble. We are unfortunately unable to offer accommodation to parents, or other family members and supporters, unless attending as a carer for the prospective student (eg in the case of a disability). Open Days are designed for prospective undergraduate students, and as such we will prioritise accommodation for those in this category (eg people who have not previously attended or graduated from a university course). |

| Merton | Yes | Yes | No | None | Merton offers overnight accommodation to prospective students travelling from outside a 70-mile radius of Oxford who have also booked to attend a subject meeting. There is no charge for accommodation and meals. School groups may book a maximum of five students in for overnight accommodation, along with one accompanying member of staff. No accommodation can be provided for parents/guardians/friends. |

There is a discounted rate on B&B rooms for UK state school students travelling more than 70 miles to attend the Open Days. Please email [email protected] to receive the promo code. |

State school students and teachers coming from the North East of England are prioritised. Accommodation can only be offered on Thursday 3 July due to a North East Residential running during the Open Days. |
